With the limited travel restrictions globally, it has been extremely difficult to get man-power and resources into areas that need help in rebuilding their communities. This doesn't mean we should give up trying, but can endeavour to find other ways to get the workers and resources to the places they are needed.
Right now. there are needs in the Pacific from the devastating category 5 cyclone that has devastated the Islands of Fiji with 350km wind gusts. They aren't alone. Even in places that are considered metropolitan and affluent, we see a need for more low cost housing for the homeless and destitute. Yes, when we take a close look around the needs of many communities, they are staring us right in the face.
At Emergency Response we cannot provide everything that humanitarian organisations who have been operating for decades can do, or Government Aid packages provide, but we can extend a helping hand with what we do have, and thats on the ground expertise getting communities fresh drinking water, electricity, a roof over the heads of many families in the community and access to neighbouring towns and cities. We look forward to working with many communities in need and hope that we can provide the essentials of life to help people physically, emotionally and spiritually to get back on their feet again.
If you would like to help or contribute in any way, we do have a partnership program and donations tab that you can complete or email us on.
